1. Using This Site

By using this site or purchasing from The Laser Witch, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not interfere with its security or operation.

2. Bookings, Purchases, and Cancellations

Appointments, product availability, prices, and payment terms are subject to confirmation. At The Laser Witch, appointments are intentionally reserved one-on-one. Your appointment time, treatment room, equipment, supplies, and necessary preparation are specifically set aside for you. Because many treatments require extended appointment times and last-minute openings can be difficult to fill, cancellation requirements and deposits vary based on the type and length of appointment being reserved. By scheduling an appointment and/or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Consultations A $150 consultation deposit is required to reserve your consultation. This deposit may be applied toward eligible services or products following your consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. With at least 48 hours’ notice: Your $150 consultation deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled consultation and will remain eligible to be applied toward eligible services or products. With less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show: The $150 consultation deposit becomes non-refundable and will no longer be eligible to be applied toward future services or products. A new $150 consultation deposit will be required to reserve another consultation. Treatments Longer Than One Hour Treatments requiring more than one hour of reserved appointment time require a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment. Because these appointments reserve a significant portion of the treatment schedule, at least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. The following deposit policy applies: 7 or more days before your appointment: 100% of your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new treatment date. 4–6 days before your appointment: 75% of your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new treatment date. Refunds: At The Laser Witch, treatment plans, products, and services are carefully selected and customized for each individual. Because aesthetic treatments and skincare products are personal in nature, the following refund policy applies. Services & Treatments All services and treatments performed are non-refundable. Aesthetic and laser treatment outcomes vary from person to person based on numerous factors, including skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, medical history, sun exposure, skincare habits, healing response, treatment adherence, and individual biology. While every effort is made to provide appropriate treatment recommendations and achieve the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Payment is for the professional service, treatment, time, expertise, and products provided, not for a guaranteed cosmetic outcome. If there is a concern following treatment, patients are encouraged to contact the practice promptly so the area can be evaluated and appropriate follow-up recommendations can be provided. Treatment Packages Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. If a package has been partially used, the remaining treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Packages are intended for the individual who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person unless approved by the practice. Any complimentary services, follow-up treatments, touch-ups, products, or promotional items included with a treatment or package have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Deposits & Prepayments Deposits and prepayments are applied toward the scheduled treatment or service. Deposits may be non-refundable and may be forfeited when an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed outside the terms of the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
