1. Using This Site

By using this site or purchasing from The Laser Witch, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not interfere with its security or operation.

2. Bookings, Purchases, and Cancellations

Appointments, product availability, prices, and payment terms are subject to confirmation. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy At The Laser Witch, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide individualized care and an exceptional treatment experience. Your scheduled appointment time, treatment room, equipment, and necessary preparation are specifically allocated to you. Because many treatments require extended appointment times and last-minute cancellations can be difficult to accommodate, we have established the following policies to ensure fairness to all patients and respect for our providers time. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms. Consultation Appointments A $150 consultation deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit may be applied toward eligible services or skincare products following your consultation. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation without forfeiting your deposit. If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled consultation and will remain eligible to be applied toward future services or products. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the entire $150 consultation deposit will be forfeited. The forfeited deposit cannot be applied toward future treatments, skincare products, or appointments. A new $150 deposit will be required to reserve another consultation. Extended Treatment Appointments Treatments requiring more than one hour of reserved appointment time require a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment. Because these appointments often reserve several hours of the treatment schedule, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. The following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply: 7 or more days before your appointment * 100% of your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another treatment date. * No cancellation penalty applies. More than 72 hours but less than 7 days before your appointment * 75% of your deposit may be refunded or transferred. * The remaining 25% is forfeited. 48–72 hours before your appointment * 50% of your deposit may be refunded or transferred. * The remaining 50% is forfeited. Less than 48 hours before your appointment * The entire 50% treatment deposit is forfeited. * The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment * The entire treatment deposit is forfeited. * A new deposit will be required to reserve another treatment date. Any remaining eligible deposit transferred to a new appointment will be applied toward the required deposit for that appointment. Additional payment may be necessary to secure the new reservation. Standard Treatment Appointments For appointments that do not require a consultation or treatment deposit, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $150 late cancellation fee. This fee applies only to appointments for which a consultation or treatment deposit has not already been collected. If an appointment is secured with a deposit, the applicable deposit forfeiture policy will apply instead. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice. A $150 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments that were not secured with a consultation or treatment deposit. For appointments secured with a deposit, the applicable deposit forfeiture terms will apply instead of an additional no-show fee. Patients with outstanding no-show fees must resolve their balance before scheduling future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in additional booking restrictions or the requirement to prepay for future services. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is permitted for late arrivals. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be required to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This ensures that adequate time is available to safely and appropriately perform each treatment without compromising patient care or delaying subsequent appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled due to an arrival more than 15 minutes late will incur a $150 late arrival fee if no consultation or treatment deposit was collected. For appointments secured with a deposit, the applicable deposit forfeiture terms will apply instead. Late arrival fees and deposit forfeitures will not be charged together for the same missed appointment. Treatment Preparation Requirements Certain laser and aesthetic procedures require specific preparation before treatment. This may include avoiding sun exposure, discontinuing certain skincare products when instructed, completing recommended preconditioning, or following other treatment-specific instructions. Patients are responsible for following all preparation instructions provided before their appointment. If a treatment cannot safely or appropriately be performed because preparation instructions were not followed, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, the applicable cancellation and deposit forfeiture policy may apply. Illness, Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. Exceptions to cancellation fees or deposit forfeitures may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Laser Witch. Providing notice of an emergency does not automatically guarantee that fees or deposit forfeitures will be waived. Provider-Initiated Cancellations Occasionally, appointments may need to be modified or rescheduled due to provider illness, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside the practice’s control. If The Laser Witch initiates a cancellation or rescheduling, patients will not be charged any cancellation or rescheduling penalties. Any associated deposit will remain 100% refundable or transferable to a future appointment. Repeated Cancellations & Scheduling Restrictions Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in additional scheduling restrictions. The Laser Witch reserves the right to require a deposit or payment in full before scheduling future appointments for patients with a history of missed appointments or repeated policy violations. The practice also reserves the right to decline future scheduling when repeated violations significantly disrupt the treatment schedule, subject to applicable law. Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to The Laser Witch through an approved scheduling or communication channel. Cancellation notice periods are calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled appointment. An appointment is not considered cancelled simply because a patient does not respond to an automated appointment reminder. Agreement to Policy By scheduling an appointment and/or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that dedicated appointment time is being reserved specifically for you. You agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show terms outlined in this policy. These policies are intended to protect reserved appointment time, maintain scheduling availability, and ensure fairness to all patients. The Laser Witch reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. The terms disclosed and agreed to at the time of booking will govern that appointment, subject to applicable law

Refunds: Refund Policy At The Laser Witch, every treatment is thoughtfully selected and customized to meet each patient’s individual needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals. Our commitment is to provide exceptional care, personalized treatment plans, and the highest standard of service. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing products, scheduling treatments, or submitting deposits. Services & Completed Treatments All completed aesthetic and laser treatments are non-refundable. Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, medical history, treatment response, healing, and adherence to recommended skincare and post-treatment instructions. While every effort is made to achieve optimal results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Payment is for the professional service, expertise, time, equipment, and treatment provided, rather than a guaranteed cosmetic outcome. If you have concerns regarding your treatment or results, please contact our office so we can evaluate your concerns and provide appropriate recommendations. Consultation Deposits A $150 consultation deposit is required when scheduling a consultation. This deposit may be applied toward eligible treatments or skincare products following your consultation. Consultation deposits are subject to the following terms: * With at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled consultation and will remain eligible for application toward services or products. * With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited, becomes non-refundable, and may no longer be applied toward future services or products. * Failure to attend a scheduled consultation results in forfeiture of the entire $150 deposit. Consultation deposits are not refundable for cash when the consultation has been completed. Treatment Deposits & Prepayments Appointments requiring more than one hour of reserved treatment time require a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment. Treatment deposits may be refunded or transferred according to the following schedule: 7 or more days’ notice: 100% of the deposit is eligible for a refund or transfer. More than 72 hours but less than 7 days’ notice: 75% of the deposit is eligible for a refund or transfer. The remaining 25% is forfeited. 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the deposit is eligible for a refund or transfer. The remaining 50% is forfeited. Less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. These terms apply to both cancellations and rescheduling requests. Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable once treatment has begun, except where otherwise required by law. Unused treatments within a partially completed package are not eligible for cash refunds. Packages are intended for the individual who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval. Complimentary treatments, promotional add-ons, skincare products, or additional services included with a package have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds. If a patient becomes medically ineligible to complete a prepaid treatment package, any unused balance will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Skincare & Retail Products For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, all skincare and retail product sales are final, except as required by applicable law. Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact our office promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined. Promotional Offers & Gift Certificates Promotional pricing, discounted services, and special offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Complimentary services and promotional items have no cash value. Gift certificates and gift cards are subject to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Any restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Provider-Initiated Cancellations If The Laser Witch must cancel a scheduled appointment due to provider illness, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond the patient’s control, any associated deposit will remain fully refundable or transferable. If a treatment cannot be performed because the provider determines that proceeding would be medically inappropriate, any unused prepayment will be reviewed and handled according to the circumstances and applicable law. Policy Acknowledgment By purchasing products, submitting payment, or reserving treatment services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. The Laser Witch reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. The terms disclosed and agreed to at the time of purchase or booking will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Before-and-after photographs are published only with the person’s permission. You may not copy or reuse site content or images without permission.

5. Liability and Contact

To the extent permitted by law, The Laser Witch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
